This one adds a little spice to a tropical shake that will give a sweet and nutty taste. This one is great in the morning or on a warm summer day. Add a little protein powder and this can be a great post workout drink!
1. Put all items into blender:
- 8oz of preferred milk product
- 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/3 cup cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp maca powder
- Add ice as desired for preferred thickness
