Tropical Maca Waca Shake



This one adds a little spice to a tropical shake that will give a sweet and nutty taste.  This one is great in the morning or on a warm summer day.  Add a little protein powder and this can be a great post workout drink!

                                                                                                                                                

1.  Put all items into blender:

  • 8oz of preferred milk product
  • 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/3 cup cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • Add ice as desired for preferred thickness
2.  Blend on high until smooth
