Maca Overnight Oats

This is a fun and easy way to have breakfast ready to go when things are hectic in the morning and you're in a rush.  Includes maca & chia to give you stamina throughout the day and feel full in the morning.   

                                                                                                                                                

1.  Mix items in a bowl:

  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup preferred milk
  • 1/3 cup yogurt 

2.  Pour into air tight container with space for fruits  

3.  Top with fruits 

4.  Place in refrigerator the night before
