1.  Put the following into a blender:

  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1/2 cup preferred milk
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • Blend on high until smooth
