This cacao brittle is packed with healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and protein and the best part is it will taste like you're eating candy.
1. On low heat melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil in a sauce pan
2. Stir in the following on low heat until silky smooth:
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp goji berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- Optional: Nuts
3. Line pan with parchment paper
4. Place mixture from saucepan onto lined pan
5. Place lined pan in the freezer until solid
6. Take out of freezer and break into pieces
